IFM offers its services through specific divisions. The corporate organization ensures that the divisions in their work are supported by transverse units of General Management, Administration and Finance, Purchasing and Management Control, Human Resources. The rely on a streamlined and capillary structure allows to anticipate and respond in a timely manner and on time to every issue and to treat in a straightforward manner the relationship with the customer.

Having raised the quality control to the status of fundamental technique of the company was the major premise that IFM has made the base of its strategic development. The quality applied to all sectors of the company has helped to improve the health and the character. Customer satisfaction means that production, standardized not centrally, can be customized and tailored to the individual customer needs. Starting from the principles of TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT all company functions contribute to design at the same time the product and the strategies. The principles that inspire our work are:

  • Orientation to the process (JIT, Quality of the trial and the input, circles of quality);

  • Orientation to the costumer (Co-makership and researches, satisfaction);

  • Involvement operational core (circles of quality, training);

  • Continuous improvement.

With this spirit IFM has obtained important certifications for both catering and cleaning services:

  • ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System;

  • ISO 14001:2004  Environmental Management System;

  • ISO 22000:2005 for the safety and hygiene of food;

  • UNI EN ISO 22005:2008  traceability system internal;

  • OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Assessment: international standard for the management of the health and safety of workers for the health and safety of workers;

  • SA 8000:2008 Management System of social responsibility.
